Two men sentenced in 2016 fatal shooting of Bronx teen

According to Bronx DA Darcel Clark, Andy Encarnacion, 24, and Matthew Wulah, 25, broke into the home of 19-year-old Jose Hart early in the morning on Nov. 20, 2016 at 1058 Southern Boulevard and fatally shot him in the chest during a struggle.
